Since its incorporation on May 21, 1964. the Piedmont Beautification Foundation has contributed wholly or partially to the completion of the following projects, pursuing its original Mission Statement “to improve, beautify and maintain the premises and projects of the City of Piedmont.” Projects are generally listed by date of completion.

               Replica of Historic Piedmont Park Faux Bois Bench donated by PBF. Final installation in front of City Hall, September 14, 2005

 

               Financial donation made toward Centennial Historic Walk.

 

               Dracena Park Children’s Play Area opened on March 11, 2006.

 

2007 - 2008  Renovated the Holiday Tree lights and added a star in honor of Piedmont's Centennial year; added new planting in the Hall Fenway; fulfilled PBF's pledge to fund half of  the Excedra Plaza Phase III plan including the Barbara Magee Overlook; pledged funding for Phase III commemorative plaques and to repair the Bufano sculpture in Crocker Park
